Engraving is permanent. Customized items are not returnable if they meet standards as described in mock ups, invoices, emails, or other communication.

 

Orders cannot be canceled once placed and paid.

We have no affiliation with the original manufacturers of products we customize. Once an item is engraved by us, we cannot guarantee the manufacturer's original warranty will apply.
